ear wax removal

Extended Appointment Fee: £40

No Wax: £30

In Clinic: £60

Home-Visit: £80

Ear wax is a natural and common build-up that protects our ears from infection and removes dead skin and dust.

However, this build-up can sometimes cause occlusion of our ears leading to a reduction in the sounds we can hear, making us turn up the TV or ask our loved ones to repeat themselves.

We use the very latest tools, techniques, and guidance from our governing bodies to remove ear wax in the safest way possible, including Micro Suction, irrigation, and manual removal.

Same Day Appointment.

Guaranteed.

Having difficulties with your hearing affects every aspect of your life. Getting it sorted as quickly as possible is important to us. That’s why it’s our promise to see you on the same day you book - or any time that works best for you.

Our Westerham Practice,

Or the comfort of your home

Our brand new, state of the art practice is now open in Westerham. So if you’re in Sevenoaks, Edenbridge, Oxted, Biggin Hill, Crowhurst, Chiddingstone, or Godstone - we’re just around the corner!

If a clinic space isn’t for you, or isn’t open at a time that works for you, we are fully equipped to bring everything we need to your home. We can also come out to care homes, hospitals, or your place of work.

State of the Art.

The best equipment for your care.

Whether it’s a hearing assessment or ear wax removal you need, we have the equipment to attend to you to the best of our abilities, and are fully compliant with the BSA and NICE guidelines.

We always keep up-to-date with the latest developments in hearing care technology, as well as guidance on techniques and associated pathologies.

Our Process:

Here’s how it works.

First, we take a detailed report of your history - this helps us identify your main concern as well as giving us an opportunity to understand your relevant medical history. Next, we take a look inside your ears with magnification loupes. These are specialised glasses that allow us to see your ear canal in precise detail, we’ll even show you a live video of your ear canal so you can see for yourself.

Next, we’ll proceed with your hearing assessment, ear wax removal, or tinnitus consultation, explaining everything along the way.

Your Aftercare Plan.

Taking care of your ears.

Just like ears, every person’s needs are different. That’s why we create a bespoke aftercare plan for each patient. Sometimes this is as simple as a yearly check-up, other times we may draft a referral letter to your GP or suggest a visit to an ENT.

For ear wax removal, in the unlikely event where we haven’t been able to remove what we need to, we’ll book a complimentary follow-up appointment to get you sorted.
